Obtain a signed copy of the Client Service Agreement.
Review the Client Service Agreement with a Home Instead Senior Care Representative.
Receive services from CAREGiversSM who are screened, trained, bonded and insured through the local Home Instead Senior Care office.
A compatible relationship with the CAREGiverSM providing service.
Personal privacy, the respect of property and confidentiality of all Home Instead Senior Care records.
Review personal history and notes from client journal.
Exercise freedom of choice regarding the availability of services from other agencies and private companies in the community.
Know the address and telephone number(s) of the Home Instead Senior Care office providing service.
Conclude Home Instead Senior Care services with proper notice as indicated in the Home Instead Senior Care Service Agreement.
File comments without the fear of discrimination or retaliation.
Obtain a copy of any required licensure, if residing in a location that requires home care companies to be licensed.
Obtain information on the state/provincial authority in charge of investigations of a complaint or concern against a company by contacting the Home Instead Senior Care franchise office providing their service.
